Transfer to a company

Need to pay a foreign company's invoice?

The recipient is a company rather than a person: a supplier, an agency, a school or a clinic. The money is delivered to a corporate account by bank details, and the transfer is covered by a contract. The amount is known before sending, with the 1% fee already included.

When a company transfer is needed

Paying a company is different from sending money to a person: the recipient has a corporate account, an invoice and requirements for the payment purpose, while the receiving bank has questions about the deal. That is why such a transfer goes by bank details, with a supporting document and an agreed payment purpose, not to a phone number.

We cover every destination on the site: if a country has a page, delivery to a company account there is available.

  • Paying a supplier's invoice

An invoice for goods or a shipment: the money arrives on the company's account in the currency of the contract.

  • Agency and contractor services

Development, advertising, consulting, legal support — anything invoiced by an organisation rather than a person.

  • Tuition and educational institutions

Universities, schools and language centres take payment to the institution's account, not to a member of staff.

  • Treatment and clinics

A hospital bill is settled before admission: the money arrives on the clinic's account in its own currency.

  • Office rent and running a company

Regular payments under rental and service agreements and licence fees.

  • Logistics and related costs

Shipping, storage and agent services — wherever the invoice is issued to a legal entity.

How a transfer under a contract works

  • A contract signed by both sides

Before the transfer we sign a contract: you as the sender of the funds and us as the provider. Our lawyer prepares the document and both sides sign it.

  • Bank details and payment purpose

You need the recipient company's bank details and a supporting document — an invoice or a contract with them. The wording of the payment purpose is agreed in advance: banks holding corporate accounts pay close attention to it.

  • Quote and rate lock

The manager names the final amount including the 1% fee and locks the rate before payment — after that the amount does not change.

  • Confirmation of delivery

The deal closes once the recipient has confirmed the money arrived. We pass the confirmation on to you.

Timing, fee and limits

  • A 1% fee

The same as on transfers to private individuals: there is no separate tariff for companies.

  • From 15 minutes

It depends on the receiving bank. Corporate accounts are checked longer than personal ones, especially on large amounts — the manager names the exact timing before payment.

  • No limits of our own

Limits come only from the receiving side and depend on the category of the company's account.

What to prepare in advance

  • An invoice or a contract with the recipient

The invoice or the contract with the company you are paying. It gives the amount, the currency and the payment purpose.

  • Full company bank details

The name in Latin letters exactly as it is recorded at the bank, the account number and the details of the receiving bank. A mismatch in the name delays delivery more than anything else.

  • The payment purpose

One line that explains the point of the payment to the bank. If you are unsure of the wording, agree it with a manager before sending.

Questions about transfers to companies

Who signs the contract?

Both sides: you as the sender of the funds and us as the provider. Our lawyer prepares the contract and it is signed before the transfer.

Which countries can I pay a company invoice to?

Every destination presented on the site — the way money reaches a corporate account is described on each country page. If your country is not on the list, message a manager: we work with 100+ countries.

What documents are needed?

An invoice or a contract with the recipient company and its full bank details. The payment purpose is agreed in advance — the speed of delivery depends on how it is worded.

Is the fee different for companies?

No. The 1% fee on the transfer amount is the same for private individuals and for companies, whatever the volume.

How can I pay for the transfer?

In rubles from a card or an account, in dollars and euros, in cash at our office or in cryptocurrency. The manager confirms the available options when quoting.
