Which coins we take
We work with ten coins: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC, XRP, TRX and DOGE. They can be exchanged for rubles, dollars or euros, and for each other — bitcoin into USDT, for instance.
The crypto rate comes from an exchange rather than being derived from the Central Bank dollar: in Russia stablecoins trade at a premium to the official rate, and counting at the regulator's rate would mean a dishonest calculation.

USDT and USDC are the most common coins for settlements and for holding value. Buying and selling them have pages of their own.

Bitcoin and ether
BTC and ETH are exchanged for rubles and currency both ways, at the exchange rate at the moment the deal is locked.

BNB, SOL, LTC, XRP, TRX and DOGE — exchanged by the same rules and with the same fee.
How an exchange goes

You agree the network and the amount
The manager confirms the network before the transfer: a coin can live in several of them, and a mistake in the network means lost money.

You lock the rate
The rate of the deal is named before the coins are sent and is not recalculated afterwards.

To the agreed address. The arrival is confirmed by the network, not by word of mouth.

In rubles or in currency — to an account or in cash at an office.

The network of the transfer
The same coin travels in different networks. Sending it in the wrong one is irreversible — agree the network with the manager in advance.

Check the whole address, not the first and last characters.

What rate is cryptocurrency counted at?
At the exchange rate. Stablecoins in Russia trade at a premium to the official Central Bank rate, so we did not derive them from the regulator's dollar: a client compares us with exchange offices, not with the Central Bank.
Which network should the coins be sent in?
The network is agreed with the manager before the transfer: most coins live in several of them, and sending in the wrong one is irreversible.
Can one coin be exchanged for another?
Yes, BTC into USDT for instance. The manager names and locks the rate of the pair before the transfer.
How much does a crypto exchange cost?
