Three ways to collect
The way of collecting the money is chosen in advance, together with the sender: it cannot be changed after sending. The choice sets both the timing and what the recipient will need.
-
In cash
Handed over at an office in the recipient's city. Only a passport is needed. It works when there is no local account.
-
To an account
Delivery in local currency by the account details. Slower, but it leaves a documentary trail.
-
In cryptocurrency
The coins arrive to a wallet, and the recipient exchanges them for local currency themselves or through us.
What to prepare in advance
A short list worth putting together before the sender starts arranging the transfer.
- A passport or another document, if the money is collected in cash
- The account details as a screenshot from the banking app, if it goes to an account
- The wallet address and the network of the transfer, if it is in cryptocurrency
- An understanding of the currency you expect: local, dollars or coins
- The contact of the manager handling the deal — in case questions come up along the way
Cash: how it happens
Collecting cash is the simplest scenario for someone who has just moved: there is no account yet, no banking history has been built, and the money is needed today. The meeting at an office is arranged in advance, and the amount and the currency are known before it.
To an account: what to check
Here everything is decided by the details. Check three things before the sender starts the transfer — they close most of the returns.
- The name — as it is written at your bank, in Latin letters, without shortenings
- The currency of the account — if the account is in local currency and the transfer comes in dollars, the bank converts it at its own rate
- The bank's restrictions — limits on incoming transfers from abroad do not exist everywhere, but where they do it is better to know in advance
Cryptocurrency: when it is convenient
An option for those who already have a wallet and know what to do with coins. The main advantage is independence from banks and schedules: the transfer arrives at night, on a weekend and on a holiday.
Comparing the options
| Option | What is needed | Timing | Currency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cash | A passport | As agreed | Agreed in advance |
| To an account | The account details | Usually the same day | Local or the currency of the account |
| Cryptocurrency | A wallet and the network | Minutes | USDT or other coins |
If the money has not arrived
Before considering a transfer lost, check three things — in most cases it is one of them.
- Whether the money landed on another of your accounts at the same bank — that happens when the currency of the transfer differs from the currency of the main account
- Whether the bank asked for documents: the notification may have gone to the app rather than to your phone
- Whether the name in the details matches what is written at your bank
- And only then — write to the manager handling the deal, with the number and the date of the transfer
How it works with us
The way of collecting the money is chosen when the request is arranged, and the final amount is named in the currency the recipient will take it in rather than in the currency it is sent in. The 1% fee is already inside that figure.
Once the money is credited we send a confirmation. The deal is closed by it rather than by the fact that the sender handed over the funds.
-
A choice of currency
Local currency, dollars, euros or coins — as agreed.
-
Confirmation of delivery
We send it once it happens — that is what closes the deal.
-
Offices in the cities we work in
Cash is handed out by prior arrangement.
