Why people send money to Germany
Money is sent to Germany to pay for housing and tuition, to keep accounts funded and to settle with contractors. Instant SEPA payments reach a German IBAN in minutes, and we lock the rate before you pay for the transfer.
Germany is a country where almost everything is paid from a bank account: rent, insurance, utilities, internet, kindergarten. A Russian card is not accepted here, and a direct bank transfer runs into restrictions and checks that drag on for weeks. We close that gap: you send rubles, dollars, euros or cryptocurrency, and euros arrive on a German IBAN — usually within minutes, because German banks support instant SEPA. Exchange solves the neighbouring problem: swapping currency or USDT for euros without depending on a bank's rate.
-
Rent and utility bills
Rent and Nebenkosten are debited from the account every month on the same date. One transfer covers the monthly payment in full, and instant SEPA delivery arrives on weekends too.
-
Tuition and student costs
Semester fees, halls of residence, insurance and living costs. The university invoices in euros to its own account, and we send the money straight to its details or to your German account.
-
Supporting family and relatives
Regular transfers to relatives who live in Germany permanently or have moved for a long stay. We set no limits either on the amount or on how often you send.
-
Paying contractors and freelancers
Developers, agencies and local suppliers. The manager checks the recipient details before sending: German banks match the name against the account and bounce the payment if they differ.
-
Medical care and insurance premiums
Clinics and insurers invoice in euros with a firm due date. The money arrives on the account in time, without someone else's conversion at a bank's rate.
-
Exchanging rubles and USDT for euros
Sometimes what you need is not a transfer but an exchange: swapping rubles, dollars or USDT for euros. The manager locks the rate before payment, so the amount is known in advance.
What you can send to Germany
-
In rubles from a Russian account
An ordinary transfer from a card or an account with a Russian bank, SBP included. We handle the conversion into the recipient's currency and name the rate before payment.
-
In dollars or euros
If you already hold the currency, we send it without an extra conversion: fewer steps means less lost on the rate.
-
In cryptocurrency
We accept USDT and other coins — the full list is in the calculator above. The recipient gets ordinary currency to their account, and the conversion rate is locked before payment.
-
In cash at an office
You can hand the money over at any of our offices — the cities are listed on the Contacts page.
Timing, fee and limits
-
Delivery time
From 15 minutes to one business day — it depends on the receiving bank and on the type of SEPA transfer.
-
Fee
A flat 1% fee on the transfer amount, whatever the destination and whatever the volume.
-
Limits
We set no limits of our own. Limits can be set by the receiving bank in Germany: the standard SEPA Instant limit, for instance, is up to 100,000 EUR per transfer, on top of the individual limits of the account itself.
Where the money arrives in Germany
-
A bank account
Delivery to the recipient's own account: Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Sparkasse, Volksbank, N26 and any other bank in the country. The payment runs through SEPA and SEPA Instant; you need the name in Latin letters and the IBAN.
-
A local bank card
Delivery to a card issued by a bank in the recipient's country: VISA, Mastercard. You need the card number and the cardholder's name.
-
A company account
Paying a company invoice: delivery to a corporate account by bank details. We work under a contract signed by both sides — you as the sender and us as the provider. The payment purpose is agreed before sending.
-
A wallet or a multi-currency account
Revolut, Wise, PayPal. Good for smaller amounts and for recipients without a local bank account: wallets have their own limits on incoming payments and on the balance.
-
A local transfer inside the country
The sender and the recipient are in the same country: the money goes by local bank details, without crossing a border and without a currency conversion. It covers rent, tuition and services while you do not yet have an account with a local bank.
-
Cash at our office
Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich. Agree the amount and the time of your visit with a manager in advance.
