Which currencies we exchange
We exchange the major world currencies and the currencies of the countries people send money to most often: dollars, euros, pounds, francs, dirhams, liras, yuan and tenge. The full list of currencies and the current rate are in the calculator above — its choices come from the same reference the manager works with.
Exchange works both ways: you can sell currency for rubles and buy it for rubles. We also exchange one foreign currency for another — the manager names the rate of such a pair before payment.

Where the rate comes from
The rate on the site is neither invented nor typed in by hand. Fiat comes from the official rates of the Central Bank of Russia, crypto comes from an exchange. It is refreshed three times a day: at 09:00, 14:00 and 19:00 Moscow time.
Between refreshes the figure does not change. That is deliberate: a person who started the calculation at 17:45 and the manager arranging the exchange at 18:30 have to see the same number. The final rate of the deal is locked by the manager before payment.

The fee is 1% of the amount exchanged. In the calculator it is already taken off the amount you receive, and there is nothing else withheld on our side.
Can I exchange cash?
Yes, in the cities where we have an office. Agree the amount and the time of your visit with the manager in advance — a large amount of cash is prepared ahead of time.
Can I exchange one foreign currency for another?
Yes. The rate of such a pair is made of two quotes; the manager names the final rate and the amount you receive before payment.
How fast is an exchange?
From 15 minutes. An exchange in cash takes as long as the visit to the office, an exchange by transfer takes as long as the money needs to arrive at the recipient's bank.
