When a transfer bypasses Russia
Not every international transfer starts in Russia. A person can live in the UAE and support a family in Turkey, work in Europe and pay for studies in Thailand, hold money in USDT and send it to a contractor in Georgia. Russian accounts play no part in transfers like these.
