The rate on the site is the one current at the last refresh: 09:00, 14:00 or 19:00 Moscow time. The rate of the deal is locked by the manager before payment and does not change after that.
Can the currency I buy be sent abroad right away?
Yes, the exchange and the transfer are arranged as one operation: you pay rubles and the recipient abroad gets the currency. The fee stays at 1%.
