Terms of Service

These terms describe the conditions on which you may use globe-ex.io and request money transfer and currency exchange services. By using the site you accept them.

1. What this document covers

This document governs the use of globe-ex.io: how the site may be used, what is expected of you and how requests for services are made.

The terms of the service itself — subject matter, rate, fee, timing, cancellation and liability — are set by the Public Offer. These Terms create no obligation to carry out any particular transaction: the terms of each deal are agreed separately with a manager for every request.

Where these Terms conflict with the Public Offer, the Public Offer prevails.

If you disagree with any condition, do not use the site and do not submit a request.

2. The parties

"We" and "the service" mean Globe_EX, the international transfer and currency exchange service at globe-ex.io. The legal entity will be named in the details section once registered.

"You" and "the user" mean any person using the site. By requesting a service you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into transactions on your own behalf.

3. What the service does

We help move funds between countries and exchange currency or cryptocurrency. The work is done by a manager: they calculate the final amount, agree the rate and accompany the operation until the credit is confirmed.

The calculator on the site is a reference tool. It shows an indicative figure based on the most recent known rates and is not an offer to transact on those terms.

4. What the service does not do

The website does not process payments, open accounts, hold client funds or issue payment instruments.

We do not provide banking services and do not act as an investment adviser. Information on the site, including rates and blog articles, is for reference only and is not investment advice.

We do not forecast exchange rates and do not guarantee that they will move in your favour.

5. How a request is placed

You can submit a request through the form on the site, in a messenger or by email, stating the amount, the destination and a contact channel.

A manager contacts you, clarifies the details and states the final amount, the rate and the expected timing.

An agreement is reached at the moment both sides confirm the terms in writing in the correspondence. Until then neither side is bound to carry out the operation.

6. Rate, fee and final amount

Rates on the site are derived from external sources: currency rates follow the official rate of the Bank of Russia, cryptocurrency rates follow exchange data. A 1% margin of the service is added to the source rate and is already included in the published value. Rates are refreshed three times a day and do not change between refreshes.

The service fee is 1% of the transfer amount, regardless of destination or volume. The calculator already accounts for it.

The rate for a specific deal is fixed by the manager before payment. It may differ from the indicative figure on the site, because market rates move between the calculation and the payment.

Fees charged by banks, payment systems and blockchain networks on the sending or receiving side are not part of the service fee and are withheld by those organisations themselves.

7. Timing

The "from 15 minutes" figure shown on the site is the minimum execution time under favourable conditions, not a guaranteed time for every destination.

Actual timing depends on the destination, the payout method, the time of day and the working hours of banks and payment systems. The manager states the expected timing before payment.

8. Your undertakings

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and correct recipient details. Funds sent to wrong details cannot always be recovered, and that risk is yours.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or circumvention of applicable restrictions.
  • Confirm the lawful origin of funds if we ask you to.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other people's data or bypass technical restrictions.

9. Our right to refuse

We may refuse to carry out an operation without giving reasons — in particular where there are grounds to suspect it is unlawful, where the information provided does not match the facts, or where you decline to confirm the origin of funds.

Such a refusal is not a breach on our part. If funds have already been handed over, they are returned less costs actually incurred.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Before the funds are sent to the recipient the operation can be cancelled: tell the manager. Funds are returned less costs actually incurred.

After sending, cancellation depends on the status of the operation in the payment system or network. Tell the manager immediately — the earlier, the better the chances.

Cryptocurrency transfers are technically irreversible once confirmed by the network: nobody can undo them, including us.

11. Liability

We are responsible for what is within our control: calculating correctly at the agreed rate, honouring what was agreed and accompanying the operation.

We are not responsible for delays or refusals by banks, payment systems and blockchain networks, for errors in details you supplied, for rate movements between the indicative calculation and the fixing, or for the site being unavailable for reasons outside our control.

Our liability for a specific operation is limited to the fee received for it, unless applicable law provides otherwise. This limitation does not apply to intent or gross negligence.

12. Rights in site content

The texts, design, illustrations, logo and structure of the site belong to the service. They may not be used commercially without written permission.

Blog material may be quoted with a link to the source.

13. Complaints and disputes

A dispute starts with a complaint: write to support@globe-ex.io, describe the issue and attach the correspondence about the operation. We reply within thirty calendar days.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the manner provided by applicable law. Where the law prescribes a mandatory pre-court procedure, that requirement still applies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The current version is published on this page with the date shown at the top. Changes do not affect the terms of an operation already agreed.

15. Contacts

support@globe-ex.io for letters and complaints. For questions about a transfer a messenger is faster: the links are in the footer and on the contacts page.
