Why people send money to Italy
Money is sent to Italy for rent and tuition, to maintain property and to settle with suppliers. Delivery to an Italian IBAN follows the SEPA rules, and our office works in Milan.
Money goes to Italy for rent, tuition and the upkeep of property. Delivery to an Italian IBAN follows the SEPA rules and fits inside a business day, and more often into minutes. Russian cards are not accepted in the country. A bank account is opened for the recipient against a codice fiscale tax number: that does not affect the transfer itself, but without an account there is nowhere to deliver. Our office in Milan hands out cash euros.

What you can send to Italy
-
In rubles from a Russian account
An ordinary transfer from a card or an account with a Russian bank, SBP included. We handle the conversion into the recipient's currency and name the rate before payment.
-
In dollars or euros
If you already hold the currency, we send it without an extra conversion: fewer steps means less lost on the rate.
-
In cryptocurrency
We accept USDT and other coins — the full list is in the calculator above. The recipient gets ordinary currency to their account, and the conversion rate is locked before payment.
-
In cash at an office
You can hand the money over at any of our offices — the cities are listed on the Contacts page.
Timing, fee and limits
-
Delivery time
From 15 minutes to one business day — it depends on the receiving bank and on the type of SEPA transfer.
-
Fee
A flat 1% fee on the transfer amount, whatever the destination and whatever the volume.
-
Limits
We set no limits of our own. Limits are set by the receiving bank in Italy: usually limits on the amounts coming into the particular account.
Where the money arrives in Italy
-
A bank account
Delivery to the recipient's own account: Intesa Sanpaolo, UniCredit, Poste Italiane, BPER and any other bank in the country. The payment runs through SEPA and SEPA Instant; you need the name in Latin letters and the IBAN.
-
A local bank card
Delivery to a card issued by a bank in the recipient's country: VISA, Mastercard. You need the card number and the cardholder's name.
-
A company account
Paying a company invoice: delivery to a corporate account by bank details. We work under a contract signed by both sides — you as the sender and us as the provider. The payment purpose is agreed before sending.
-
A wallet or a multi-currency account
Revolut, Wise, N26. Good for smaller amounts and for recipients without a local bank account: wallets have their own limits on incoming payments and on the balance.
-
A local transfer inside the country
The sender and the recipient are in the same country: the money goes by local bank details, without crossing a border and without a currency conversion. It covers rent, tuition and services while you do not yet have an account with a local bank.
